Midweek photos

Hard to stay away from the water this time of year. Even if you’re not going swimming or out in a boat its nice to hang out by a lake or pond and feel the cool breeze come over. Below is a photo of Bear Pond in Waterford, Maine and a photo of a sign posted across from Bear Pond at the base of Bear Mountain that says that it is a nesting area for Peregrine Falcons. I was going to attempt to navigate my way up Bear Mountain, but I did hear the falcons start to make noise so I left to not disturb them. The photos following are of Crooked River in Waterford, Maine as well as Pennesseewassee lake in Norway, Maine.
