Portland, Maine

It’s been a minute since I've lived in Portland, Maine. I honestly go there so few times a year now that whenever I do go there I find new buildings and restaurants or stores. I decided to go to a few spots that I used to frequent when I lived in that area and took a few photos while there. The first photo is a view of the Portland skyline as seen from across the bay in South Portland. This view is often a peaceful one since it’s usually a lot quieter there, but you can view across and see the city life and lights bustling. The next photo I took on Munjoy Hill on the East End looking down towards a new Condo being put up. So much high income housing being put up it makes me wonder where all the people that used to live in the area are now living. The other photos were taken on the Eastern Prom Trail at a wall that is always covered with new graffiti. People were putting graffiti on it so much that the town designated it as a spot for people to do graffiti. I’ve always found the layers of paint interesting and wonder how thick the layers actually are.
