River Walk

It always amazes me the places I don’t realize are right in my backyard. I recently saw a post about a trail that is allowed for public to use not far from where I live. I had driven by many times and just thought that it was private and no trespassing allowed. Today I took the opportunity to explore this trail which goes along Crooked River and down through the woods. I wish that I had worn shorts because there was a spot with a rope swing where the water was calm that made a good spot for swimming. The photos below are from a little bit more upstream after the swimming spot, but I plan to go back soon and bring my camera along.
