Trundy Point Tower

Another recent adventure brought me to the concrete Trundy Point Tower. I find it interesting when places like this can be found so many years after being decommissioned and are in a way being used as a reminder of the past as well as an outlet or place for people to explore. When you walk up to the tower it becomes obvious that some people don’t treat this old tower with a ton of respect. There is a fair amount of liter and broken glass all throughout and around the tower, but there is also some pretty interesting graffiti to be found and it kind of has a unique character of it’s own. I’m not sure I would recommend people exploring here since there is a real danger of stepping on broken glass if you’re not careful, but also I found another person walking their dogs just outside the tower as I was leaving.
