Jugtown Forest
Took a walk at Jugtown Forest this past weekend in Casco. Jugtown Forest is a privately owned 5000 acre working forest in parts of Casco, Naples, and Otisfield. Hancock Land Company began when it purchased a 400 acre plot of land in Casco, Maine on what is now known as Jugtown Forest. Though I was only able to walk a short part of it this past weekend, I look forward to exploring the 16+ miles of trail it has to offer over the course of the summer.
