Maine Woods

Had an idea today while taking a walk that I think I may expand on in the future. Thinking about taking more photos of Nature. Photograph plants and trees that I come across that I think look interesting. Sometimes the way light falls on a tree or plants make for an interesting subject. Thats what I photographed below while walking in the woods behind my house today. The first photo was a group of ferns in the woods with spots of light shining through the trees. The photos after were a few trees that I though were lined of interesting for different reasons. I think sometimes I get caught up with looking for certain types of scenes when going out to take photos that I miss things that are right in front of me. I’m going to make an effort to see things in a different way than I may normally.
